Platforms bearing the Beweld mark in the world’s second-largest offshore wind farm

Beweld, in collaboration with CAMBEL, is taking part in the construction of platforms for the East Anglia THREE Offshore Wind Farm – one of the largest offshore wind energy projects currently underway in Europe.

Located 69 km off the coast of Suffolk, in the southern North Sea, East Anglia THREE will feature 95 Siemens Gamesa turbines of 14.7 MW each, totaling an installed capacity of 1,400 MW – enough to power more than 1.3 million homes.

Beweld’s services ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of the structures that will support the turbines offshore.

This collaboration represents another step in Beweld’s commitment to the energy transition and to developing sustainable solutions that drive clean energy production on a global scale.
